Pastoral visits by a Greek Orthodox priest to hospitals, nursing homes, or private homes bring spiritual comfort and joy to those who are sick, elderly, lonely or homebound. The priest offers prayers, blessings, and sacraments such as Holy Confession, Holy Communion, and Holy Unction for forgiveness of sins, healing and strength.
